Our Agri-Investment Scheme

Invest in Growth with Our Agri-Culture Initiative

We invite you to join our unique agri-investment scheme, designed to offer attractive returns while supporting sustainable farming practices. For an investment of Rs. 500,000 per unit, we will cultivate 1 acre of land or 350 cardamom plants(whichever is lower) dedicated to growing premium small-cardamom in the lush fields of the Idukki district.

Investors have the flexibility to choose the number of units they wish to invest in, depending on their financial goals and interests. This investment not only promotes sustainable agriculture but also offers substantial financial benefits.

Farm Visits: We warmly welcome our investors to visit the farm. This provides an opportunity to see firsthand the sustainable practices we employ, the growth of the crops, and to experience the vibrant agricultural environment.

Key Features of Our Agri-Investment Scheme:
  • Investment Amount: Rs. 500,000 per unit
  • Land Allocation: 1 acre of farming land per unit
  • Return on Investment (ROI): Starting from second year of farming (financial year ending/season end), we offer an annual return of 15% on the expected yield return, which is 350kg/acre approximately. And 25% of yield for above 350kg/acre.
  • ROI Period: Investors will receive the annual returns for a minimum period of 5 years.
  • Minimum ROI Assured: Investors are assured to get a minimum of 10% of invested amount.
  • Principal Amount Return: At the end of the ROI period, we will return the full principal amount to our investors.
